The MiniElectric is a Medela electric breast pump for occasional use, designed for moms who nurse their babies for most feedings. If moms are away frequently, such as returning to work, a Medela daily-use breastpump is recommended. For moms with babies that cannont nurse at all due to medical reasons, a Medela hospitalgrade breastpump is recommended to initiate and maintain milk supply.

Excellent product to use.. Used it for my first child and now my second.. very effective way to pump the breasts.

This product is much noisier than i expected, and to use it's electric function it goes very slow so i use it manualy and it performs OK but is not perfect.

I found this pump to be very useful. As stated, it is for occasional use only and as such it worked great! I especially liked using it (with batteries) while driving so we didn't have to stop for feedings. Definitely works better plugged in, which is how I used it at home. worked great for us!

I didn't like this pump at all. It was noisy, slow, and went through a lot of batteries. The only thing it was handy for was pumping in the car. Overall, a waste of money.

Noisy! I was trying to use this pump just to build up a stock in my freezer. It was so loud, I couldn't pump when my baby was sleeping. Because the pump is also very slow, this really limited the amount of time I had to pump. By the end of the day, I'd be lucky if I had two ounces. It was a complete waste of money as now I'm renting a hospital grade pump and I'm shopping around for another pump. If I could go back, I would just spend the extra bit of money and get a better quality one to begin with.
