I had a baby in the NICU for a month and this was very convenient for travel and works great. Quite comparable to hospital pumps in time to express and comfort.
I would buy from well.ca for anything. I ordered on a saturday and it was at my door monday. Great delivery, especially for something that is time sensitive.

This pump is fantastic! I have now used it for 2 babies. It gives me some freedom while daddy bottle feeds to let me sleep longer stretches. The medela bottles are great too, although we found the 'slow' nipple still too fast for our babies as newborns so we interchange the caps and nipples with the Gerber (cheapie) brand which also fit great on the bottles. Those slow nipples only have one hole and work great until they can use the faster ones. I usually use the pump at home, but have used it on a day trip in the car with the A/C adaptor and kept the milk in the cooler bag with the ice pack to stay fresh. I haven't had any problems with the pump (except user error if everything is not connected properly, like the little flap that has to sit flat). I would highly recommend this pump. I recently got mastitis and this was my only recourse to avoid the pain of nursing for awhile. Pumping only takes 10 minutes!!

I just got this pump and I am SO happy I bought it! It's incredible. It removes milk from the breast very fast. It's perfect for a 'back-to-work' mom, or a very busy mom. Thanks for providing this product well.ca !!

This breast pump is fantastic. I would highly recommend this pump to anyone. I agree with another reviewer's comment that the customer service at Medela is really good. My husband and I have called a few times with questions, and they were great!
The pump itself is easy to use and the different modes (let down and expression) are wonderful. It is a definite time saver to have the dual pump! The Medela Quick Clean Micro Steam Bags are great too.

Hi Denise,
Medela is really good at providing quality customer service..... If you call them and tell them that the tubing is not working properly and it keeps popping off they'll send you a new one ... It worked for me after my cat chewed mine.
Also, you can go to Lawtons drug mart and buy spare parts and if they don't have what your looking for they'll order it for you :)

I have the pump in style dual pump but I have lost one of the connectors and tubing.Is is possible to purchase only these parts and if so, how much does it cost?

This product is very quiet (we can watch TV), easy to use, easy to clean, & works extremely well. It's "quick letdown/suckle" mode is amazing! It also performs the suckle mode at the same time on each side, allowing milk letdown to be faster. This pump is highly portable & is easy on the batteries when you use the battery pack. What a great product!
I started pumping to donate milk to a preemie hospital programme after we lost our baby & this pump hasn't made me regret it for a moment. I've pumped at home, at work, in my car, you name it, & the bags (purchased separately) add to the ease. Just pump, zip bag shut, & pop into the freezer.
One word of advice tho... if you have size C cups or bigger, you'll need bigger "breast shields" than the ones included with this kit.

This pump saved me! My baby wouldn't latch, quickly refused formula, and would only take bottle-fed breast milk. The double pump was sooooo worth the time saved in a sleep-deprived schedule! Be warned, though. If you got to use a pump at the hospital (I spent a week there), this is not as good or efficient, but the price point is much, much better.
