THIS PRODUCT CHANGED MY LIFE! Okay, perhaps a little dramatic, but before starting this product, I was crippled with hot flashed and mood swings. Since starting it, my hot flashes have stopped and my period is regular, skin is clearing. Over all I just feel better.

I love this product and was so pleased to find it on well.ca. I am 47 years old and have been experiencing a number of symptoms associated with menopause. Most troubling was my poor sleeping patterns and overall sense of fatigue. I simply had no 'get up and go' and no longer found pleasure in many of the activities/interests I had previously enjoyed. I came across Menoconfort at my local drugstore and decided to try it. As noted in the directions, I began with taking 2 capsules per day (one in the a.m. and one in the p.m.). I noticed an improvement within several days. After approximately 3 weeks I reduced to 1 per day (a.m.) and am feeling great...the best I've felt in several years. I highly recommended this for anyone dealing with peri-menopause or menopausal symptoms. Oh..I forgot to mention...improvement to my skin was also noted!

I have been using this product for over a year. I use it for 3 months then go off it for 3 weeks WONDERFUL!!!! cut down on my hot spells by 90%. and I sleep through the night!! I like that it is hormone free. The only thing is the only place I can find it is on line. So I have to be careful that I don't run out of this life saver.
