MidNite contains a unique complex of natural herbs as well as an ingredient identical to what is made by your body during your natural sleep cycle.Numerous clinical and safety tests have proven the safety, non-toxicity, and effectiveness of the ingredients in MidNite.
MidNite's four natural sleep ingredients include melatonin (1.5 mg. of European melatonin) and a proprietary blend of lavender, lemon balm and chamomile (22 mcg.). The blend was developed to provide optimal results.
MidNite works differently from prescription, non-prescription and other herbal sleep products. Unlike products that work by “knocking you out”, MidNite does not cause sedation. It actually works to relax you so your natural sleep cycle can take over.
Because MidNite is non-sedating, you can take it anytime up to three hours before you wish to awaken - even in the middle of the night. It will not cause morning grogginess, affect your mood, alterness, or ability to function normally with a clear head if taken as directed.
The use of sedatives as in some other sleep remedies can lead to a less natural sleep pattern and less restful sleep.

This is my 3rd time buying this product as it does work for me. However, be sure to heed the instructions on the package which state "for occasional sleeplessness". There came a point that I used this almost every night and I ended up with dizziness and problems with my balance for 7 weeks. Now I use sparingly , once a week and great results..

Love this product. I work midnights and often have trouble falling asleep after work. Midnite helps you relax without any harsh chemicals or side effects. I never feel groggy when I wake up. I also love the fact that you don't need water so you can take it any time or place. Unlike the others, I like the taste of this product ... sort of like lemongrass. It dissolves so fast you don't notice it anyway.

I agree with Marie-Claude, the taste was not ideal (a sort of chalky/cherry flavour) but mine said you could chew, rather than dissolving which made it more tolerable. I found that it put me to sleep within 15 minutes and I didn't wake up groggy. I also really appreciate that it can be taken in the middle of the night (whereas some you must take 8 or more hours before you plan on getting up). Overall, very pleased :)

Induces deep luxurious, beautiful sleep - a sleep that makes you stretch like a cat and purr like a kitten. I don't use it every night or every week just when I need it.

I tried this product only once. Unfortunately it did not work for me. I didn't like the taste very much as you have to let it melt in your mouth but it does melt quickly. I have been using stronger sleeping aids for a while so it probably explains why this one didn't work. I plan to give another try as I like using something with natural ingredients.
