All in all this product was great! Unlike most hard eyelines this one was slightly soft so it made it way easier to apply than others. I enjoy using it as my go to liner when I want a "magical look". There is only one problem I have with it and that is sharpening. I have a covergirl duo sharpener (the exact same one as the milani duo just a different name on it) and all it did was chip, break off and tear at the wooden outter. I eventually gave up after using a friends liner sharpener that was a different brand all together and used a knife from the kitchen.
Other than my sharpening problem I really liked it!
