Glitzy Glamour Gloss is a full-color liquid gloss that provides spectacular, shiny color that lasts. The formula feels smooth and silky, not sticky or tacky. The shimmer-shine colors dazzle lips with hyper-perle effects for the ultimate in glam-shine lips!
How to Apply: Apply lip gloss with the wand’s soft tip applicator by starting in the
center of your upper lip and work your way to the outer edges. Same
technique applies for your bottom lip. Use alone for glitzy shine or
over your favorite lipstick for a glamorous finish.
Tip:
To extend the wear of your gloss trace over your natural lip line with a
coordinating Milani Lip Liner and fill in you lips before applying
color.

What a surprise, I am always so afraid to get sticky or fast absorbing lip gloss but honestly, this one is really nice to wear, it does not dry out my lips and the color is so much nicer on then in the pictures, well worth the purchase, I think I'll get some more ;)
