Nice, subtle flavour for cooking or vegan baking, but fares very nicely on its own as well. Smooth and delicious ,this is my favourite tofu. Gluten-free and non-GMO is a MAJOR plus for me!

Do Not buy this during the winter time, disappointing and a waste of money!! Package contents say do not freeze in package(Big capital letters below the expiry date says so!) and when I received mine it was frozen solid and when it defrosted it was like a jelly. Not exactly the extra firm tofu I was expecting. I will definitely be giving this product another try in the spring when I can order this and have it not freeze in shipment.

I have purchased several brands of tofu over the years and thought it was unusual to see this one not refrigerated but I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with the quality and texture of this brand. Will certainly buy more.

I was super skeptical about this product, as I imagined tofu that came in a box would take on the taste of cardboard. It is delicious! Delicate and crumbly makes for an excellent scrambled tofu. (Perfect consistency and texture for a vegan looking for a egg-free hangover breakfast!)
