Great that it has probiotics and a multivitamin in one but I take extra probiotics because I think it doesn't have enough.

I love Multibionta! Ever since I have been taking it, I have less gas and bloating. I did not get one cold or bout of the flu this past winter. And the multivitamin is an added bonus!!! When I buy from Well.ca, it comes in 24 hours!! Easy!

This is the cornerstone of my whole supplement regimen. If I take only one thing it is this. Since I have been taking this for the past 2 years I have had either no colds or the severity has been very minimal.
I am very skeptical when it comes to claims and I have taken other supplements over the years, however this stuff is the real deal. Plus it contains a multivitamin.
I highly recommend it.
