I use this steamer at least four times a day, and the only thing that I don't like about it is that the tray is slanted(curved) and has rounded spikes(?) to hold the bottles in place. This makes placing the bottles very difficult, and I found small and long bottles/milk containers keep falling to the side as I placed them. If I were to buy another steamer, I would look into the tray shape and decide.
