This is by far the best GF bread mix I have ever tried. The flavour is much richer and sweeter than most. I would highly recommend stocking up on this one!

I use in a bread machine. It has turned out every time. I check with a digital thermometer to make sure the bread is between 190-200 F before taking it out. If it is not, I run the bake only setting for an extra 10 minutes on my bread machine. I have not tried many GF breads, but this is the best I have had and is worth the extra couple of dollars. Well.ca has many sales, stock up when the price is low!

Love this product. I've been celiac for a few years and this is the best bread I have found,. You can actually make a great sandwich with this bread when it is freshly baked.

This bread mix is great! Tastes much better than most gluten-free breads, not to mention you can add pretty much anything you like to the mix (nuts, herbs, dried fruits). I brush the top with melted butter once out of the oven, cover with foil and let it cool down before slicing...helps keep moisture. Delicious! Will buy again.
