Just purchased this product, which is hard to get here in P.E.I. from a pharmacy or even health food store. It is great for our daughter, who has Down Syndrome and accompanying slow muscle tone and therefore is prone to lazy bowel and cannot take normal constipating iron supplements, but who needs extra iron because she is now in her menses. Because of her small body mass, this form, being a lower dose, does not present potential problems for toxicity, either. So far, so good.
