This Pre-Natal formula is a combination of vitamins and minerals for pregnant and lactating women, including Folic Acid, Vitamins A and C, B-Complex vitamins, Calcium, Iron and Zinc. It's designed to suit the nutritional needs of women before, during and after pregnancy.

Adult Dosage (Oral): Adults, take one (1) tablet once per day, with a meal. Take a few hours before or after taking other medication.
