Nature’s Harmony Adult Chewable Multi-Vitamin & Mineral has been formulated to provide complete support and fuel the body with the nutrients needed for optimal health. This great- tasting, raspberry-flavoured, chewable tablet contains no artificial colouring or flavours, is sugar free and supplies premium quality antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Nature’s Harmony® Adult Chewable contains 10 mg of each of the major B vitamins. This superior formulation provides the most beneficial blend of essential vitamins and minerals, including vitamin A in both fat- and water-soluble forms, the major B vitamins with folic acid and biotin, and the natural form of Vitamin E. Right-C® is the non-acidic “tooth-friendly” form of vitamin C since it will not damage tooth enamel and is gentle on the gastrointestinal system in this chewable format. The important trace mineral, chromium, has been added to assist with blood sugar regulation.
Nature’s Harmony® Adult Chewable makes a great addition to an individual’s daily supplement regimen with highly bioavailable sources of calcium and magnesium. Naturally sweetened with xylitol and stevia, this is suitable for diabetics because it will not impact blood glucose levels.

THESE LOOK LIKE A BIG PILL TO SWALLOW BUT THEY ARE ALSO CHEWABLE AND TASTE LIKE RASPBERRY

I purchased this product because it didn't have any sugar or iron added. It may be the best formulation that is out there in vitamins but I will not buy it again because it certainly is not "great- tasting". I cannot stand the taste at all.
On the other hand, my son is OK with it - so, go figure.

I found the flavour OK, but it seems to have a chalky consistency. I ordered this brand because of the absence of iron. I will order it again. Hopefully they will improve the flavour and texture.

I recently purchased the Nature's Harmony Chewable MV after my supply of Jamieson Chewable MV ran out and I was very disappointed with this product. One of the big advantages for me of Nature's Harmony was the absence of iron in the formula. This is probably a very good product, but they have to go back to the drawing board and give this MV a better flavour and texture as I could barely tolerate finishing one tablet. Therefore, I will go back to one of the Jamieson MV products: the VitaVim Chewable MV or their liquid formula, notwithstanding the presence of iron in the formula. Moreover, the Jamieson product melts easily in the mouth (or can be chewed) and the delicious berry flavour is far superior.
