I have been taking Black Cohosh for several weeks. I have notice a reduction in hot flashes during the day and the night sweats. In all fairness I am giving this product at least 3 months trial to see if it's were I want.

I HAVE BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR THE FIRST TIME AND SO FAR SO GOOD. BEING PRE MENAPAUSAL, I FOUND THE BLACK COHASH WORKS WELL.

5 STARS!!! I was (and continue to be) an herbal remedy sceptic, so when I say this product works, believe me! Hearing that black cohosh is the preferred "treatment"for menopausal symptoms in many parts of the world, I opted to try it at my first peri- signs -- and I continue to be afaithful user years into my post- phase. (With my doctor's unreserved approval.) Stopping this herb (to see if it was really helping or simply a placebo) has twice now resulted in a fierce/fast return of symptoms (esp. regular hot flashes) -- AND use of some other brands also demonstrated to me that not all black cohosh is created equal. Nature's Harmony (formerly Quest) is "pure" , effective (results and cost-wise!) and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to any woman -- friend, family or stranger.

Excellent to relieve symptoms of what my doctor calls pre-menopause. My husband really appreciates the effects as well, he now is likely to survive my rages, hot flashes, etc.
I did find that use of pro biotic and/or digestive enzymes do help with the slight diarrhea.
I recommend this for anyone who suffers the way I did.
