excellent product for a really great price! I take the B complex vitamin to help manage stress and mood swings....I recently ran out of my supply and couldn't figure out why I was feeling so depressed...then it hit me....I had forgot to order more of the stress vitamin B complex and had been out of them for more than 3 week!...I ordered more and within a few days I was feeling much better
