Favourite instant oatmeal
Nothing compares to the real thing (real steel cut oatmeal made the traditional way) but this is the only instant oatmeal that I buy. Quick and easy, a perfect one serving size, and contains nothing but organic whole grain rolled oats. No sodium. I like it plain so I can add my own ingredients (dried blueberries or cranberries, walnuts, hemp, and a drizzle of real Canadian maple syrup (sometimes).

So easy to prepare and so good. I make it with milk instead of water. Makes it creamier. Good product.
