This product is good if you have a lot of mucus to clear out of your nose, but not if your sinuses are swollen. It's pretty easy for an adult to use, but I think it would be hard to use this with a child - you have to hold your head at a certain angle to drain the solution in one nostril and out the other - I can't imagine a child would sit still for that.
