Horrible smell and not very effective
I like Neutrogena products and since this had such excellent reviews I was keen to try it out. The first thing I noticed was the horrendous scent of the cream. It is challenging to describe, but something along the lines of motor oil that has gone bad, very chemically, and unpleasant. Since the reviews were so good I wanted to try it out to see if the awful smell would be worth putting up with. The cream feels ok when applying, is not overly oily, but neither did it feel great on my skin or like it improved skin texture or appearance at all. I did persevere for 2 months, and used it daily. But after that just decided it was not worth it, the smell was too horrible, and discarded the remainder of the cream.

Not recommend
I bought this product about a month ago also I bought the serum, eye cream and moisturizer. I used it twice and my forehead and corner of my eyes and under my eyes burned so bad. It was like a bad sunburn.

Neutrogena rapid wrinkle repair moisturizer
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love the quality of Neutrogena products and of course this retinol moisturizer is also good. Ive used it consistently at night for several weeks. The texture is rich, creamy and light. I like that its not oily and does not leave a strange residue on the skin. It is also fragrance-free. It soaks into the skin overnight. I feel like it plumped up my skin nicely, minimized the appearance of my fine lines and even made my pores harder to see. It seems to be the perfect percentage of retinol to see impacts as well as being non-irritating. Great product!

This product is non greasy, fresh smelling and very moisturizing
As a woman with more mature skin I need a product that compliments my skin and Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair fits the bill. I like it's non greasy formula, rapid absorption and fresh scent. It does help to make skin appear younger looking and dewy fresh.

it really works!!
This product for me personally worked great...after w weeks I could see yhe difference in my very fine line that ectend out from my eyes.....the SPF 30 is an added plus here...as we all know that the sun damages our delicste skin....even up in the Northern parts of Canada...the winds may be brital but the glare one sees can actually make you go snow blind......but at least I no my skin is pretty much covered as for sun block!

I like this product.
I have used this product several times. It does minimize wrinkles however I found it took more than one week. It does not feel heavy on the skin. I would use this product again.

As a first time retinol user, I introduced this cream gradually into my daily skin care routine. Despite its rich texture the cream absorbs quite quickly leaving skin moist and smooth. I noticed that it softens the look of fine lines and wrinkles when used daily. The cream is fragrance free.

Works great!
Got this a few weeks ago and am using it as my daily moisturizer to protect my skin and maybe plump it up a bit. I combo it with HA gel and it works really well. Nothing miraculous, but has helped reduce the appearance of fine lines. Smells really nice and light! Not like traditional sunscreen scents. I just wish it came in a stronger sunscreen value for we pale folks! 30 won't be enough for me in the summer.

Great hydrating/youthful cream

I have been using this cream for a couple weeks now and although I havent noticed dramatic results to my fine lines and wrinkles, I have experienced more even tone skin, smoothness and softness to all my bumps all without irritating my sensitive combination skin. The glass container feels luxury, the cream although thick, absorbs immediately and mixes nicely with my SPF. My skin has never been more smooth and soft. I also really appreciate that this is truly fragrance free as I prefer that in a product. I hope with continued use any dark spots will lighten and fine lines will be diminished. My Skin got irritated
I bought the retinol rapid wrinkle repair and used it 2x a day as directed. However, after 3-4 days, i noticed my skin got irritated, it was red and itchy. Im not sensitive with beauty products but this particular product caused an adverse reaction to my skin. I stopped using it and too bad i bought two so i still have 1 unopened bottle of this one.. i dont know what to do with them.

Tried & Got a Bad Reaction
After about 4 days of using, my face got severely sensitive, turned "sun burnt" red and felt like fire. From there, my face felt leather dry and i had to apply different lotion several times just to stop it from feeling "tight".
2 days after yhe leather skin, my face is now flaking and I have small sores, almost like a burnt marking.
I don't typically have sensitive skin but thid made my face so unbearably painful and it took forever to get it back to normal.
I definitely had a reaction and had to stop using .

Love this product!
I have been using this for about 6 months and compared to others that I have tried I am very satisfied! It has a very mild scent which is important to me. A small amount goes a long way. Not greasy at all - absorbs completely. I will continue to use and would recommend!

Horrible
I bought this and it burnt underneath my eyes they are swollen burning and gave me fine lines and dark circles. I didn’t have any of these prior to this bad reaction. I’m so upset feel like it aged me bye over 10 yr or more. I was trying this as a preventative and now it’s a huge regret. I’m very upset more like furious. Praying for these bad affects to go away but every day I wake up and see my eyes and it make me want to cry. Never buy this cream and your company should be taking it off the market.

I have never had an allergy reaction to a retinol moisturizer before,however this made me break out in intense itching and swollen eyelids
I have used retinol cremes before, but thos is the first time I have had an allergic reation with intense itching espevially around eyebrows. After only three usea my ypper lids became quite swollen with the most minimal of cream.

Terrible product
I bought this product a few weeks ago, it burned my skin around my eyes and cheeks, by far the worst product I’ve ever purchased.....left my skin dry and irritated. Do not buy this product, waste of your money!

Burned my skin
I've experienced an adverse reaction on my neck. It feels like the skin on my neck has burned. It has been red and itchy for days. Not sure I'd this is an expected outcome, or how long it will take to go away.

Leaves skin feeling great all day

Its been two weeks and I did notice a difference in my skin tone, my face feels very hydrated, no dryness.. I recommend this product to MEN and women who have sensitive skin and are looking for a light weighted anti-aging cream too add to their routine. I give this product thumbs up.

Works without irritating

I have really struggled to find something that has retinol, no fragrance and doesn't leave me with irritated red skin but this cream is perfect! I think combining hyaluronic acid is what helped for me but I have seen significant improvements in my skin texture and it keeps my skin moisturized all day - I'm not having to reapply cream throughout the day which for me is a game changer!

Must try to get real

But surprisingly, after 3 weeks of continuous use I have noticed that my face is gaining its vibrance and glowing. Then I kept on using till 1 month, and result is more that my expectation. So I would recommend you to use Neutrogena Rapid Wrinkle Repair Moisturizer, Fragrance Free before your skin gets ruined.
