The Scandinavian detox plan
INNOVATION:

DOSAGE:
2 tablets 3 times a day, taken with a main meal for a minimum of 2 weeks.
Remember to drink plenty of water, not less than 1 litre per day - preferably 1.5 to 2.0 litres per day.
The results will be significantly enhanced if you follow the plan for at least a further 2 weeks and ideally 6 weeks.
Not suitable for children. Do not exceed stated dose. Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding. If you are taking any prescribed medicines consult your GP or pharmacist.

Nettle (urtica dioica) extract 5:1 equal to 3700mg dry herb
Dandelion (taraxacum officinale) extract 5:1 equal to 3000mg dry herb
Citrus Fibres (rich in pectic polysaccharides) 600mg, Psyllium (semen isphagula) 600mg.
Asparagus (asparagus officinalis) extract 5:1 equal to 2550mg dry herb
Globe Artichoke (cynara scolymus) extract 13.5:1 equal 5990mg dry herb
Celery Seed (apium graveolens) extract 5:1 equal to 1650mg dry herb
Thyme (thymus vulgaris) extract 7:1 equal to 875mg dry herb
INGREDIENTS:
Radix chichorii, Citrus fruit pulp, Urtica dioica extract, taraxacum officinale extract, Citrus fibres, Semen isphagula, Asparagus offcinalis extract, Cynara scolymus extract, Apium graveolens extract, Thymus vulgaris extract, Bulking agents (potassium citrate, cellulose), Anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate). Negligible energy, protein, carbohydrates and fat.
Free from lactose, sucrose, gluten, wheat and yeast. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for diabetics.

I found this to be a good product and plan to use it for the recommended twice per year detox. I found it is important to drink lots of water but I did not change my diet much

This product is very good. I did the 6 weeks and there is a difference in celluite on the back of my legs, my hair is smoother and shinny and my skin has a nice glow. My hair on my legs are alot softer as well.
With this product you need to excercise and eat properly. If you dont, then it wont work. You need to keep focused and determined and it will work for you.
I have 2 says left of Biofim and the results I couldnt be happier... I have lost over 3-5 inches though out my whole body. Bio firm... Thanks!
