The effect on sinus to releive congestion is definitly real. Althought I have found the burning feeling much too intense. It's even hard on the throat when it goes does with some mucus.
This product is not for sensitve people.

I had a chronic sinus infection for months. I did not want to take antibiotics because they would cause more harm than good in the long run. I used this nasal spray 2 times and noticed an improvement. Now my infection is gone. As indicated on the bottle, this spray does burn a bit, but totally tolerable.
