Seems to have worked right away. Living in Canada I finally took it serious that I could be lacking in vitamin D , plus I have a had some conditions that pointed to a vitamin D deficiency for some time now. No longer content to trust my body to do all the hard work , I decided to supplement, plus several reports say that Canadians are deficient in vit D, I noticed more energy and better mood right away even though we are already in sunshine season but then we stay indoors a lot.
