This is a good set, I followed the advice of previous reviewers with respect to using the pull tab to create enough suction. It won't seem to stick to the tray on my daughter's high chair, however the bond to our wooden kitchen table is very solid. I find that the detachable rim is not easy to get on and off, but that's no biggie. My daughter likes the cutlery, they have a good handle on them for little hands. All in all, this is a decent set.

Really wanted this to work - but the bowl is too large to fit in our high chair's tray (lux). =( Will save it for outings.

I love this set :), I ordered 2 and was so happy that it came in pink/orange and blue/green colour since I have a girl and a boy :) ....they love it and have fun eating now :). To have the plate "stay" in place you do have to lift the release tab and push down in the middle and that way it's fine :))))

If you buy this product, note that you have to push down on the center of the plate while pulling up on the release tab to get enough air out to create suction. I finally figured out this trick after 2 weeks of mess and fustration. I almost threw the plate out because it was more of a mess than just feeding him from his tray.

The fork and spoon are a great size for a toddler to hold. The handle is short enough and wide enough for a good grip. The plate is amazing since the curved top actually makes it much easier to scoop food on to the spoon. I question the fact that the rim is removable as it isn't a necessary feature. The suction cup doesn't seem to stick quite well so we need to push the plate down a few times during dinner. I also question the durability of the plate which is a pretty flimsy plastic (I wouldn't put in microwave!). But at such a low price, I couldn't really expect more.
