Since nice hair and nails are a sign of health, Yves Ponroy Laboratories developed Nutricap Capsules, a nutritional supplement that regenerates and strengthens hair and nails by providing nourishment from within. Hair is affected by poor eating habits, stress, and pollution. It becomes lifeless, without volume and brittle. Nutricap helps restore strength and beauty to your hair.
Formulation :
- Highly rich in essential fatty acids, walnut oil deeply nurtures the scalp in depth and restores strength, volume, and shine.
- Trace elements (silica and zinc) in horsetail and specific yeasts combine with tocopherols that fortify and strengthen hair and nails.
- Sulphur amino acids found in whey (cysteine and methionin) and in the B group vitamins are essential in thickening hair. They add resistance, volume and shine.
- B group vitamins take part in metabolizing the amino acids found in keratin. They maintain balance in the scalp area.
- Tocopherols protect hair from the harmful effects of daily erosion.
Usage :
2 capsules per day taken with food for 2 months. To be renewed regularly, especially during seasonal changes.

Update: I've been using this product about 6 weeks now, and already I am seeing a difference in what losses I experience when shampooing and also when brushing my hair. No side effects, my hair does seem fuller!

Used in conjunction with the shampoo, I'm seeing thicker hair and less loss after a month of use. Good enough for me! (No adverse reactions to the capsules and am celiac with specific dietary sensitivities)

I've just finished using my first box of Nutricap and have bought an additional two boxes. Its still too soon to tell if its having an effect on my hair loss, as I'm still seeing lots of hair coming out in my comb. But I have noticed and increased rate of nail growth. I've not experienced any side effects, I've had really bad reactions with some other Hair and Nails vitamins. So I will continue to use this product as like most vitamins/supplements the effects appear over time

I have been experiencing hair loss since past 6 months, there has definitely been a difference seen in the amount of hair loss/breakage. Have been using this product from past 3 months, hair fall is less but definitely added some texture to it. Hope it stops hair loss completely by using it for few months.

This product is fantastic. Over the last few years, my hair hasn't been able to grow past a certain length, and I was then experiencing major breakage. I tried a few high-end deep conditioners, but that didn't seem to help. My hairdresser had suggested Nutricap. After just a few days I noticed a difference in the texture of my hair. I have been using this product for a short time and the results to my hair have been amazing. My hair has always been very fine but started to lose quite alot especially in the fall. Since I have been using Nutricap shampoo and supplements my hair has stopped falling out and looks healthy and shiny.
I definitely will stay on this product long term.

Not too sure if it's doing much for my nails as my nails are still pretty short. My hair has thickened and gotten much stronger. It has been breaking less when i take nutricap and i usually take it during seasonal changes especially in the colder months that really affects my hair makes it dry and britttle. I recommend nutricap to women who have thinning, breaking and dryness!

I have used the pack of 120 tablets so far. My hair has been looking very dull and I have also been losing them for a few years now. I bought this product and have finished 120 tablets pack. Just bought a second pack, but I found this one was more expensive than the last pack. I think it is helping with the appearance of my hair, as they don't look as unhealthy as before.

Since my hair is curly I do not see too much of a difference... However it is less dry and seems to be growing faster than it usually does. As for nails, they are stronger, but still flake at the tips. I am on my first month of using Nutricap and ordered a second box to get full results!

I have been using this product for 6 months now. I have seen an instant improvment in my nails. Everytime I go for a manicure the technicians comment on how strong my nails are. J'utilise ce produit depuis 8 mois, je commence à voir une amélioration au niveau de mes ongles et là je ne retrouve plus le même produit soit celui pour cheveux et ongles, mais pour la croissance et le développement. I would rate this product a 5/5. I saw it advertised 2 years ago in a Doctors office magazine stand. My hair had started thinning and my nails brittle. Since using this - my hair had really come back to life and my nails are much better. I really like it!

Congratulations to Nutricap! Since I had damaged my nails from having false nails, I started taking the product and have been taking it for over a year taking small breaks in between. Now my nails are thicker and stronger, I also have noticed that I am not losing my hair as much. FYI, it could take up to 1 yr before you see great results, so for those that take the product do not despair! TY Nutricap!

I really truly love this product, I have been using it for 1 year now and it really works, unfortunately it is no longer available in my area. I have recommended this product to everyone I know. I have stopped loosing my hair and my nails have been growing and are a lot stronger. Just love this product.

I have used it for only a few weeks .
I see an improvement in my nails and plan on continuing its use. I do see an increase in urination. Has anybody else experienced this side effect.

These pills are amazing, I really noticed the difference in my hair, for a while my hair stopped growing longer I think from use of hair dryer and irons and lost its volume and shine. This really brought health back to my hair I noticed it's growing longer again, became thicker and shinier. AMAZING! But you have to use it for a while to notice the diff I started to notice the diff after a couple of months.

I have been using this product for a year now,taking breaks every 3 motnhs or so,,and wow have ai noticed a increase in the strength or hair (alopecia)and my brittle nails. I continue to use it and recommend it to anyone who notices hair lose, and hair that is breaking,i also use Mane and tail Shampoo and also Amla hair oil everynight before bed and then i massage my scalp. :)

This is a good supplement for hair and very good on nails.
I have used it since a while (over 1 year now) continuously, with few pauses of weeks in summer. 2 Capsules a day especially in winter, can improve both nails and hair.
Nails do not break anymore at cold weather growing beautifully and without defects.
On hair, it helps the ends do not break as easy as before. I have blond coloured hair, as I color it every 3 weeks, the hair needs this supplement. I do not suffer any hair loss having a normal hair that became thinner from continuous coloring.
The overall rate would be 4 stars.
