I have had a long love affair with Nuts To You products! I love this one. I add it to soups and stirfrys, I eat it on toast of course, as well as celery sticks.
A great addition to the vegan diet with high iron content. Deliciousness is a bonus!
I love this product as a substitute to peanut butter. It tastes similar. Sometimes I add himalayan salt, or cinnamon and honey, or put blue berries on top. Sometimes I make a smoothie with banana's/blueberries and maple syrup...I put on rice cakes or manna bread. Yum!
I'm not to crazy about the taste of this butter on a toast but I love it in my morning smoothies.

im new to trying nut butters so it was a little bit of a shock, pretty bland and sticky ,no one in my family liked it but im giving it a try sorry
I bought this butter to try. Is is a good substitute for nut butters because it is low oxalate, whereas most nuts and seeds are very high oxalate. Pumpkin seeds are also high in iron and magnesium, and protein. It is good, but quite expensive.
This is a vegetarian superfood! It's become a breakfast staple of mine, and should be a part of every vegetarian/vegan diet. Every 30g serving contains 10g of protein (!!!) and 30% of the daily recommended amount of iron. And it's creamy and delicious like everything Nuts To You makes. No added anything, just dry-roasted organic pumpkin seeds. Amazing.
