I love this product have been using it for years. The best thing about it is the brush. It's perfect for sensitive eyes as it glides across your lide. Other eye liners feel scratchy. I wish more companies would take the hint that pencils hurt and they should use the fine brush. Only complaint is that it's not more water resistant. If I put it in the corner of my eye and my eye leaks a bit it smears. Not to many stores offer this eye liner any more. I've only been able to find it at Walmart and they are always out of it. Thanks well.ca for carrying it.

This eyeliner is awesome!! It applies smoothly and stays. I haven't noticed any flaking at all. Comes right off with water of course, but I consider that a good thing. Stays on nicely all day.

The price can't be beat and it stays on without smudging easily. The brush will take a little practice to make a fine line...but I will get there ;)

My first liquid eyeliner! I love that the tip is rather thin which makes it much easier to apply, and doesn't smudge or flake at all! My only complaint is that the colour isn't as dark as I'd hoped.

Great product! As other people have said, it doesn't smudge or flake, and dries quickly. The brush made it really easy to apply too, and this is my first liquid eyeliner! Easy to wash off as well.

Bought the black one and it works very well. The brush is fine but not too thin which helps with a perfect application. The formula stays on all day without cracking of flaking. GREAT BUY!

Love it! I've tried SO many liquid eye liners & the brushes have been either too stiff or too floppy. This brush is great! Takes practise as with any liquid eye liner. Has a nice subtle sparkle & the liner stays put :) Good purchase!

The quality isn't bad for the price. However, it is made in china and I don't like that because I don't know their health standards when it comes to cosmetics. But anyway I'm using it and it is fine.

This is a fantastic eyeliner. The liquid is just the right consistancy and the brush is super fine - perfect for getting that straight, even line. A great buy, especially for the money!

Have tried many others, including expensive brands, and none last as long as this one. Love the wand, allows for a perfect line. No flaking, or smudges all day long!

This product isn't the greatest. It flakes and you have to re-apply multiple times. But for the price you can't go wrong, you'll just have to do makeup checks a little more often.

Used this product at the recommendation of a friend. LOVE it. I use an eyeliner pencil first, then use this liquid over top (it helps the liner stay put, or so says a beauty magazine, and I found it to be true!). The only downside is that the bristles are a bit on the long side, so it takes a few uses to get the hang of it. But great product, especially for the price!

This is the worst rubbish eyeliner I have ever purchased. Some NYC products are spectacular. THIS is NOT one of them. No matter how you use it, it flakes. BADLY. I would up with a face full of flakes, all over my cheeks and below my eyes. And it didn't take long from time of application to time of flaking. Maybe 5 minutes. Terrible stuff. I'll stick to MAC for liquid eyeliner, thanks. This product is pathetic. I have never seen any type of liquid eyeliner flake like this, not even the cheaper brands.

Cargo liquid eye liner was my favourite one years ago. Now they do not have it any more, instead new ones come out with a pen tip, which I do not like at all. I have tried many other liner products such as Quo, Rimmel, e.l.f, etc. and none have satisfied me but this NYC one. It is in nice tube, lasts all day, easy to apply, does not smudge at all. Except it is a bit long, which I believe will be a bit hard for some who are not used to applying liquid eye liners. But no worries, practising will solve the problem. I just hope they will continue producing this liner since all customers gave it a 5 STARS rating :)
I am coming back to stock up. And yes I highly recommended this inexpensive but high quality liner to everyone. Give it a try!

I bought this cheap liner as a quick replacement for the one I normally used, because I was away from home and needed my liner, and to my surprise, it was really nice and dark like I like it, easier to apply, and just better than the other one, so I have stuck with it ever since!
I HIGHLY recommend this one! Just try it and you'll see for yourself, not to mention the price!
