This is the best travel pillow for flying, at times you go through turbulants, I have a neck injury and this pillow allows me comfort. I also use this in our vehicle when we travel it keeps my neck comfortable and I can sleep during long trips. I like the two extra side pillows.

It is The Best travel pillow around. The extra bumps at the front prevent the head from falling forward. I have problems with my neck due to accidents & i can sleep on long flights with no neck issues. I give them as gifts to people who have everything & they really appreciate them.

it works great, I just used it on a road trip where I had to sleep in my car. the edges are a little rough so I slept with a hood up and the pillow around that, which was quite comfortable for sleeping sitting up. no neck pain the next day, it did its job.
