Did not really consider this a "massage" ..far too light. If a light massage is what you are looking for it would be fine.

Love it! Having a neck massage is very stres-relieving. I have had one for a few months, so I bought another one for my son's family for Christmas. I know they will really enjoy using it. Fits comfortably, use it anywhere. I turn it on while watching TV at the end of the day. I wish I had known it would go on sale! Nevertheless I'm very happy with this product & I know my son's family will love it also.

My husband suffers from headaches and migraines. I bought this for him in hopes that it would give him some relief. I was a bit unhappy about paying so much for a neck massager, but if it worked, it would be well worth it.
Right out of the box it did a great job. Hubby doesn't normally use the heat setting on it, but it does offer more relief if needed. If he found he needed more pressure in the massage, he would grip the handles and pull it closer - this extra pressure was sufficient enough to make him feel better faster, and didn't seem to strain the motor at all. As a matter of fact, this technique is suggested in the manual!
Overall an excellent product which I'm happy I bought. Would buy again.

Only buy this if you need light massage. If you need a deep massage don't buy this, look for something with more power. If you put to much pressure on the machine to try and get a deep massage it loses power almost to a stop. It is great for light massage but I have neck problems due to a car accident and this machine does nothing for me but my wife likes it for light massage.One star for deep massage but 4 stars for light massage.
