This pillow is too hard, I should have returned it.. I ordered the Contoured Memory Foam and am very pleased with it.

I had to return this pillow as soon as I saw it because it is really small and would look funny in the pillow case that matches the other pillows on my bed.

This is a great product. I love the fact that I no longer have my arms feeling dead from lying on ithem. However, I don't understand why it is called the cervical foam. The leaflet doesn't really give much details how it affects or works on the Cervix!

I got this product few months ago, because I was having major stiff neck problems, and I was looking for a good cervical pillow. I wasn't sure what to choose, since there are so many options, but in the end I choose this one.
I am very pleased with my purchase.
Even though the pillow is a bit hard, and it takes a bit of time to get used to, I never had neck problems ever since I started using it. I can sleep both on the back and on the sides now with no problems.
The pillow is also washable.
The price is very good and it was delivered really fast with free shipping. I ordered it on a Sunday and on the next Tuesday I was already using it.
