The foam inside this product was very stiff when I first purchased it making it uncomfortable to use at first, but it has conformed to my back after a few weeks and works well enough. Unfortunately it does not stay in place well and I can't attach it to my seat very effectively, so it's constantly moving around. I find the massage to be a waste of batteries as well.
