I have now already tried 2 of these monitors: the 742CAN and the 760Series7 and was disappointed to say the least. This one is as inconsistent as the 742CAN Series5. I found out when I took them to my Doctors at one of the leading hospitals in Toronto and did a simultaneous test side by side with theirs. Theirs gave me a systolic reading of 125 average while the 760CAN was 158 and 147.
People who say their readings are accurate should double check the readings at their Doctors as I did, how else are the going to be sure?.

After buying this product six weeks ago, I took it to my app't with my GP. We simultanously took bp's using this machine and the doctor's eqp't. Results were not close. A difference of 15 points. This product is worse than useless, it is dangerous.

I've found this product to have given me great peace of mind. As any one with high blood pressure knows, you aren't able to determine by how you feel if you're pressure is high. The days I've felt great are sometimes the days I've had the worst readings. It allows me the opportunity to test twice a day in the comfort of my home. It will also let me know when it is climbing up again and allow me to take actiion with my GP and to adjust my eating habilts to bring down.
