Much better than the cuff that comes with the Omron Unit. Especially for folks with larger ares - or most men! I just can't figure out why Omron doesn't offer the option of the larger cuff at the point of sale. Anyway, shipment was swift and the larger cuff is a delight. Oh - and the price is far below what one would pay in other outlets and pharmacies.

The cuff I ordered was a smaller size but was sent a very large cuff and I use it but it is an uncomfortable fit-apparently I couldn't exchange it for a smaller size as none is available as a replacement cuff
