I have used Otrivin for about 25 years with no long term side effect. I use the product sparingly (mostly before retiring at night) and it allows me to breathe through my nose all night; with no snoring or sleep apnea. The added supply of oxygen while sleeping helps my heart as well as the complete body. Unlike other decongestants, If used conservatively (combined with other products that keep the nasal lining healthy) there is no problem with rebound effect or an "addiction" to tne product. It has also helped me keep the sinuses free of infection (again the Oxygen). I heartily recommend this product to anyone with sinus or nasal breathing problems, based on my own experience. IT'S ALL ABOUT THE OXYGEN !

I appreciate your reliability and helpfulness. You fill my orders promptly and correctly. Otrivin in a pump with moisturizers has been difficult to find in pharmacies lately, but you are seem to be able to provide it. It is the best product that I've found of its kind.

The mist is a much better delivery system than the conventional Otrivin squeeze bottles. Far more effective.
