Pamela's Gluten-Free Bread Mix

This mix can be used to bake a loaf of bread in your oven or in a bread machine. Instructions for both methods are on the bag.

Ingredients: Sorghum Flour, Tapioca Flour, Sweet Rice Flour, Brown Rice Flour, Organic Natural Evaporated Cane Sugar, Inulin, White Rice Flour, Millet Flour, Honey and Molasses; Rice Bran, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum, Yeast Packet.
