In Garden Creme: Golden syrup, salt, ammonium bicarbonate. In French Vanilla: Golden syrup, wheat bran, malted barley and corn extracts, salt, ammonium bicarbonate. In Fruit Creme: Filling (sugar, glucose syrup, sorbitol, apricot pulp, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, water, colour), ammonium bicarbonate, salt, citric acid.
