Ordered online and received my shipment to Toronto within a few days. Assembly is straightforward, and I used it to successfully transport my toy poodle from Canada to Hong Kong via Air Canada Cargo. Shape, size, weight are all good.
The only improvement area for this product would be to make the bolts stronger (not that I had any problems), and for some holes predrilled for additional zip-tie fastening. For extra security during our flight I slipped a zip tie between the top wire door cylindrical holes and the wire gate.
