Hi.This product is well worth the money,and it's a great fit Small to medium,but measure first.Mine is great, and I do notice changes to my arthritis.And I have been using medical items for 13 years since my accident.I use alot of medical products,some work and some don't.For me this does.As always thanks Customer Service for a great company and this service saves me and my Dog Guide time, for It comes directly to me.Thanks and enjoy your day.Carol Ann
