This is my HG eyeliner. Applies smoothly, easy to handle even for new users. It dries pretty quickly, and really is smudge-resistant as advertised. I think the lash boosting formula is working for me too. My lashes grow longer, but not fuller though. I take one star off because although it is a good size pen, it doesn't seem to last too long.

This didn't boost my lash growth and it infers it will but the eyeliner itself has an amazing Japanese style applicator brush. It's like a real thin tip paintbrush, it's not a felt tip pen. Despite the high price for a drugstore eyeliner, this is the only brand I purchase. It will last through a work day but needs to be touched up for the evening which is why I'm giving it a 4/5.
