These are amazing. I've been using them in my rubber boots because they were so uncomfortable flat. These made my boots more comfortable than some running shoes.
My only wish would be that they make a thinner version for heels. I've used these in heels and they made the arch much more comfortable but there's too much toe crowding for me.
