Give it time, worked for me
After about a month I realized I wasn’t having constant hot flashes, I was able to sleep through the night again. If I miss a few doses I notice my hot flashes starting to return. It’s probably not a miracle but it really did work for me. Plus only having one pill a day is ideal, a lot of herbal supplements require several pills multiple times a day. Taking it at night worked best for me.
