The taste is too artificial and chalky to me. The first few bites when it is really hot are good but I had to discard the rest. Even with adding extra veggies.... This is not my taste.

Bought this product after reading the mixed reviews on it thinking it would be so so.. to my surprise, it is quite good. The vegetables are mostly dried carrots and if you let it stand 5-10 minutes, they become softer. The only down side is that the powder has a tendancy to coagulate and is hard to dilute... overall, tastes good, keeps you full and helps in the weight loss process

This is a product that can be compared to cup a soup. I'd recommend making it in a very large mug. I enjoyed it and found it to have a good balance. I love the fact that it is high protein and portable to the office. If you like the cup of soup products you will like this one. Try it!
