Very satisfied with this multi-vitamin so far - been using it for about a month now. Reason for an imperfect score is that you really do need to take this vitamin with a large enough meal or you run the risk of nausea. Happened twice to me when I tried to take it first thing in the morning with a just a small snack.

The product was bought in May. It is spring and summer time. The test will be if it helps in the fall and winter when more sickness is around.

Bought this for my husband and he seems to be satisfied with it. A good multi-vitamin and at a fairly decent price compared to the other ones. Will purchase again!
