After using another horrible smelling product repeatedly with less than satisfactory results, this seemed to do the trick. Yes, it does take a 3 time wash/rinse cycle, but it's worth it if it works! And it left and the hair very silky and smooth.
Very important: You also have to make sure you comb out the hair (Licemeister comb is the best) to get rid of the eggs 2-3 per week and repeat the procedure after one week to ensure that all newly hatched eggs are eliminated as well.

Best treatment I have ever used! It does leave your hair a little oily so it takes some good washing to get all of the product out, but it's worth it.

We used it a couple of days ago, along with heavy combing, and so far everything seems to be going well. One thing that I think people should note, though, is it doesn't wash off your hair & scalp as easily as some information about this product is saying. Personally I had to shampoo three times rather rigorously before my hair returned to it's normal state.

I don't live in Canada so couldn't get this pre-made, but happen to have access to the ingredients in this and will attest that it works amazingly well and my hair has never felt better!!! I have waist length hair and a family member brought a nasty friend who had them into my house. I was so infested I wanted to scream. ONE treatment and all the little vampires and their eggs were gone gone gone!!!!!
