I'm a little surprised at the enthusiasm of the other reviews. I found this eyeliner inconsistently pigmented/textured even with a good shaking (sometimes very black, sometimes a runny thin grey), invariably flaked off during the day and often was gone completely by the day's end. All in all pretty average for a drugstore liquid liner.
The brush that comes with this is usuable. I couldn't get a REALLY fine line, but it was fine for making cat eyes.
I really recommend that you invest in a higher end brand cream/gel eye liner and a good brush, seriously. I've tried millions of drugstore liquid liners at this point and after going gel I'll never bother with another again.
At the very least, you can probably find better liquid eyeliners than this.

This is definitely my HG liquid eyeliner. I have strayed in the past to find something a little less expensive, but always come back to this! Stays all day, doesn't smudge, fairly water resistant and most of all it's VERY black and pigmented! Definitely worth the price.

This is absolutely the best drugstore brand liquid eye liner. It even tops most high end brand liquid liners. It is extremely smudge-proof. It has lasted me through rain and tears without becoming a huge mess. Very few touch-ups required through a day's wear, if any at all. I wear this liner every day and would be hard-pressed to switch to another brand. Highly recommended.
