I bought one of these last year in Pink Lingerie. I love Revlon nail products. They're my second-favorite after OPI, along with some Sally Hensen polishes.
This polish lived up to the Revlon name. It goes on smooth as silk, dries super-fast as advertised, no bubbling. You could get away with one coat, but I found that two looked much nicer.
This lasted without chipping just as long as OPI - much longer than other drugstore brands.
I'll be buying more of this for summer, when it's especially nice to have a super fast drying polish if you're on the go.

Dries really fast. Needs a top coat to prevent chipping. I would buy again.
