Best lipliner EVER for the money. East End Snob #63 works well with almost any skin tone. Great value for the dollars spent. You cant go wrong. It works well as a matte lipstick or a liner. This product lasts longer than other reviews describe, in my experience.

Love the softness and shape of this pencil but its not very long lasting

I really like this stuff. Soft, creamy, doesn't pull your lips when applying. Looks great alone as a matte finish type lipstick - yes, I know it's a liner - as well as under the Rimmel glosses I have. The only drawback is that there is so little of it in the tube.
