For relief of occasional constipation, particularly in the presence of hemorrhoids and painful conditions of the anus or rectum. Can also be used externally as a skin emollient.
Dosage/Directions for use
As a Laxative: Adults: Take 1 to 3 tablespoonfuls (15 mL to 45 mL) at night before retiring. As a Topical Emollient: Apply to dry or irritated areas as needed.

This is a great heavy mineral oil. It is very nice and works wonderful as a skin emollient. The bottle is very nice but I would prefer it to have a smaller opening, it would be amazing if it was easier to pour.
The oil is wonderful for a little lubrication on hair trimmer as well as for skin emollient.
