I love this product! Been using it for about twelve years now! It's like a paste. I put lots on before bed and I'm good in the morning! I also use it on my heals before bed when they're really bad, put some socks on and they're nice and smooth in the morning! It has a nice light smell, I wouldn't be able to stand something strong, but this is just right! Doesn't stain sheets either... LOVE IT!! A+++
