I use this as a cheaper version of Bendryl. Its the drug but marketed as a sleep aid. I suppose Bendryl is pretty good at making people go to sleep. i use this as an allergy remedy though.

First OTC sleep aid that has been gentle and *effective* for me. Works very well and leaves no residual grogginess in the morning.

This product works well for me because sometimes I have trouble getting to sleep. There is some morning grogginess, but a brisk walk or other exercise usually clears away the cobwebs.

Excellent Product, Sleep Eze gets me to sleep within an hour of ingestion and keeps me sleeping for a full 8 hours.

Great product, works like a charm every time! It is best if you are getting 7 - 8 hours of sleep. But I Have used it when I just need a 2 hour nap and I'm a bit sluggish waking up but I feel fine in a few minutes! Empty stomach works best as well!

For an over the counter product this one works pretty good. Kind of upset my stomach at first though.

Taking these pills on an empty stomach should definitely help you sleep. Within about 30-45 minutes I usually start to feel it (if I'm laying down I feel a sort of falling backwards sensation; but that's just me). I'm out like a light shortly thereafter.
But you need to be super sure you will get a full nights sleep. If you wake up with this drug still in your system, you will feel like a zombie.
