I have taken these for one week so far and have lost 3 pounds, with proper diet and exercise of course.

So far so good taken it for 2 weeks and with proper diet and exercise have lost 6 pounds so far. I have the new formula and find no jitters but definitely appetite suppression even without the hoodia, the trick is to drink the amount of water they suggest

Hey Jennifer - this product doesn't contain Hoodia..:P That might explain your lack of appetite supression. For my wife this was a great product, as it contains no caffeine, which makes it easy for her to fit into her busy schedule without having to worry about taking it too close to bed time.

I have used this product for 6 months but at less than the recommended dosage as I do not take a dose before breakfast most days, only before lunch and supper. It improved my mood and reduced my need to overeat (whether for actual medicinal reasons or psychological ones I am not sure). I have lost 40 pounds and am happy to be in a size 6 now. I also did a modified exercise regimen with the P90X series...At 43 I have not mustered the ability to do the full P90X program but I am getting better
