We're on our second tube because it really works!! My 2 yr old son has a mild eczema and was always fussing and sometimes led to some major tears and meltdowns because of the itchy and irritated skin. We did not realize this until I came across your site while researching eczema treatments and read all the comments for this products. I bought this product and his little meltdowns did not occur again! I recommended this to my sister-in-law whose daughter has a severe eczema but unfrtunately, she said it only worked the first couple of days then the skin seemed to be the same as before. We are 100% satisfied though!!

Great product! Been using it on my kids for 3+ years. My older son suffers from mild ezcema and with this cream it is all gone. We apply it everyday after bath and his skin is perfect!

I tried 3 different products before trying this one. All the others ended up irritating it more. This worked like a miracle! I used it on my 3 month old's tummy and cheeks and it improved a whole a lot :)

Our son has had eczema since he was about 2 mos old (he's now almost 10 months). It wasn't terrible, but kept getting a bit worse. We tried all kinds of creams and washes and even got a scrip from the dr. After using this cream for just a few days his skin got much better. He still has a bit of dry skin but it is probably 95% better than it was. We'll definitely be buying this again.

Fantastic product! This product has worked wonders on my 1yr old son's body and face eczema. In the first couple of days it looked like the cream was making things worse but by day 5 the difference was remarkable. We've used it for a couple of months now and the eczema is completely under control.

My son has serious eczema, not thing works until we found out this product. It works great along with the instruction from SickKids hospital. The cream is thick in texture and provide good barrier. My newborn daughter is also using it now.

I am so pleased with this product! My infant was prescribed a stronger steroid cream after the first one failed to help and I really didn't want to fill the prescription. I tried the Spectro cream for 3 days which seemed to be making matters worse; I went back to just vaseline then decided to try the spectro cream over the vaseline. What a difference! The red shiny parts on my son's skin have all returned to normal, no more hard crusty areas and the itching has decreased as well-I love this product-with vaseline :-)

As soon as winter is coming, my daughter of two is enjoying playing outside in the snow, but with the difference of temperature with outside and a warm inside, one of her cheeks (always the same one) gets red and dry and become like eczema. I did try many creams and very expensive ones, but as soon I try this one, it was so much effective after just one application....I'm so glad !

This is the best product for my baby's eczema. I have tried many, including a 1% Hydrocortisone prescribed by my pediatrician. The problem was that it was on his face, so I didnt want to put the steriods there. I use this Spectro creme everywhere, including his scalp and face. Been using it for the past month, and the skin has cleared up dramatically. I just ordered my 2nd tube...will continue using it.

Like everyone else, I have tried so many products to help with my son's eczema and nothing worked. But FINALLY ... this one actually works. I have been using it for a week and the eczema on his face is partically gone and the eczema on his body is now under control (no more flare ups). I am also using the Spectro Eczema body wash as well. I highly recommend both Spectro Eczema products.

This is the only product that has worked for my son's eczema. We've tried other products but this is the only one that works for us. I can't find it locally anymore so I order it online.

Thank you! Finally. We have been through years of horrible exzema with my 7 year old. Between all the oral and topical steriods. Antibiotics for the skin infections. We tested her for allergies and found many food and environmental triggers. Her body was like red sandpaper that she scratched constantly until she would bleed. I have used this product for 1 week and I am very happy to say, her exzema is under control. Her skin is not red anymore. I do not see her itching. The open sores and cracks are healing. I can see where she washes her hands often, there is some redness and bumps, so I know this cream working everywhere else where it is not washed off through out the day. I use it twice a day on her and I put it on all over. Best of all, it doesn't sting, so no more crying. I am about to order at least 5 more tubes of this stuff right now, so I do not run out anytime soon.

First off, I want to thank all the parents who posted reviews/comments about this product. I, like everyone else, had tried so many products on my daughter, and nothing helped. In fact the eczema started to spread all over her body. This cream worked right away and now her eczema is all gone. I am so happy to not have had to use the Cortisone prescribed by the doctor. Thanks again everyone!

Just like the rest of the parents, this cream worked wonders on my 5 month old. He had really bad eczema and ended up on steroid cream. It had gotten so bad that his skin started pussing from the constant rubbing he was doing. This cream cleared up everything on his face and on his body in almost just 2 applications. I would definitely recommend this cream.

This is truly a miracle cream. We have tried every product under the sun for our daughter. Ever since she was born to 6 years of age, this product is the only one that works. We are in the US now, and have it shipped to us as it is not available. Thank you for making this !!!!

I have the same stories as the previous mothers. Tried at least 10 different products and nothing worked. A kind pharmacist said he felt this product was the best OTC eczema cream so I bought it to try it out. After TWO applications his eczema was pretty much gone. I used it only after bath times for a few weeks and then I haven't had to use it at all it completely cleared it up. I just had a teenage girl complain to me about her eczema and I gave her this product and it cleared hers up too.

My 7 month old son has red patches of eczema on his chest and back and I've tried several things (from removing all foods from his diet, changing soaps, detergents, creams, bathing more, bathing less, etc....) I just received this Spectro stuff yesterday and after TWO applications of it, his eczema is 90% GONE. I'm amazed. I can't even believe it! I never write reviews but felt compelled to this time.

Same as other mothers. My son has mild eczema starting at 6 months old after I stop breastfeed him. Vasaline is what I use all over his body for 4 times a day. It help protect him from dry patch break out. However, I find it very thick and sticky, especially when he started to walk around and wanted to touch everything around him. After try on so many different brand of cream. I find SPECTRO KIDS CREAM and BODY WASH. I love it so much that it relieve itch, reduced red, and recover dry patch. After using it for a month now, I only need to use it after bath at night. Thanks for the great product!!

I've tried everything from all over the world (yes, I order stuffs online from other countries that people said works for eczema) for my 5 months old daughter. She suffers from eczema since she was 2 months old and nothing (including the hydrocortisone) could make her itchiness and soreness go away. One of my friend told me that maybe Spectro could help, then I gave it a try. It works like miracle! We could see the difference within 24 hours and clear up most of it after 5 days! Love it and strongly recommend!

I just picked this up for my three month old who had some irritated looking red patches on either side of her face, as well as extremely dry skin on her torso and arms since birth. This product is INCREDIBLE. After two applications on her face the redness was almost all gone, and after a second day of applications it IS all gone. Her skin looks perfect! I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

I love this product! I've gone through every product out there from doctors to dermatologists recommendations and nothing has come close to this product. Just try it once and you will notice your infant just doesn't scratch at the body as much.

i am an adult who has had some scaly and itchy eczema on my face. i bought this cream for my niece but tried it myself on my upper lip when nothing else over the counter seemed to be helping. This cream has helped me so much and my skin has responded to it better than it has with prescripts. wish i had had this years ago.
i do not really notice a difference ingredient wise to the adult version but have opted to continue with the kids version as it is likely milder.
so far i have not experienced any negative side effects but i am trying to research if any are possible after prolonged use. given this, i will give 5 stars. good luck to anyone suffering.

I just bought this product today for my 15 month old daughter who has suffered with eczema since she was 1 month old. The doctor told me she may outgrow it, but so far no luck. I've tried just about every cream out there for eczema relief to help/treat the redness...most of them just make it worse for her. This product has not only reduced the redness look, but also got rid of the itchy sensation. I would recommend this product to anyone who has a child suffering with eczema...even worse cases like my daughter. I'm not a person who ever writes reviews on anything, but I had to let other people out there know that this is an cream that actually has worked for me.
